I am looking to share my two bedroom city centre flat - available from 1 November.

All bills included.

The room includes a kingsize bed, 32-inch TV (with Sky subscription), a chest of drawers, a built-in wardrobe, bedside table and lamp.

The flat has beautiful views over Inverness and is a short walk to the High Street, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Main bus routes are also within walking distance for Raigmore Hospital, the Inverness UHI campus and the out-of-town retail park and cinema.

Looking for someone who is employed full-time and who doesn’t work from home 100% of the time.

There is one bathroom in the flat shared by both occupants.

The living room and kitchen are open-plan and equipped with fan oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Live a fairly quiet and relaxed life at home and looking for someone who matches this pace. Happy to socialise, but usually want to unwind in the evening after a day in work.

The living room has a 55-inch TV, Sky Glass and a subscription to most of the main streaming platforms. Broadband / Wi-Fi speed of approx. 70Mbps.

If you have a car, then nearby on-street parking is available, but requires a permit from the council at a cost of £58 per year.

An indoor cat also lives here in the flat.
