Shared dining room, shared kitchen. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, happy to share or free up more cupboards if need be. Shared bathroom with toilet, bath and separate shower upstairs. Shared downstairs toilet. Lots of storage available. Front garden and back garden both accessible, both have benches.

On street parking. Shed available for bike storage. Path from back garden leads down to the canal and to the river. 30-40 min walk from town. On a bus route to town and one to UHI
House is accessed by steps at front door and back door.

Looking for flatmate who is fairly clean and tidy and pays rent on time. Open to short or long term let. Live in landlord. Non smoking, no pets. Kitchen is nut free due to allergies.
