Room furnished with oak kingsize bed, 2 bedside cabinets, 2 large shelving units (not in the pictures), round mirror, 1 bedside lamp, extendable table, chair and 2 built in cupboards. Addition or removal of furnishings by request.
No smokers inside.
Rent paid biweekly in advance and 4 weeks deposit.
Initial contract for 6 months, and then renewed monthly thereafter.
4 weeks notice for either party.
Shorter lets considered by request.
