The monthly rent includes all bills as well as WiFi and calls to landlines. The house is pretty well kitted out. There is a homely living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and two sheds out the back so there is plenty of space for bikes/skis etc.
You'd be sharing with one female in her 30s which means there is a spare room for guests. There is a choice of two bedrooms - you can choose which one you prefer. We are looking for a female tenant who is considerate and tidy, professional, friendly and probably of a similar age.
