Looking to rent out one of my rooms for a trial basis. New to this hence the trial. Minimum will be for 1 month but hopefully this will be ongoing after initial month. female flatmate only as had bad experiences with male flatmates in past. Looking for mature students however might accept someone with a job and references. However they may have to pay their own council tax on top of rent.
The room is a decent size already furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, small shelf with TV/dvd player. Also has a walk in wardrobe. There is also use of your own bathroom with a big modern shower.
Looking for a female student/mature student, who is quiet, tidy and happy to keep to themselves but doesnt mind a bit of chat now and then. Im fairly quiet myself, not into parties or big nights out. Enjoy a drink or 2 though.
Bills will be included in price. There is no Sky TV in the house as I dont watch much TV. I do have wifi which will be shared . A decent size TV with DVD in living room for use There is use of the main sitting room/dining room and obviously kitchen as well.
