Furnished double room available

I am looking for a tidy lodger for my spare bedroom located on the outskirts of Douglas less than 5minutes from the hospital. My flat is ground floor in a large converted country home. There are large communal gardens and ample parking.

The bedroom is large, with double bed, wardrobe, bookshelves, chest of drawers, desk, chair and movable bedside table. It is east facing with a large window. Bedding and towels can be provided.

My home is centrally heated by oil, and has starlink internet. All bills and rates are covered in the monthly fee. You will have use of the large kitchen, living room and bathroom. Kitchen has all basic appliances including: fridge freezer, washer dryer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle and airfryer. You are welcome to make use of all utensils and gadgets but if you wish to bring your own and keep things separate I can make space.
Bathroom has toilet, bath, sink and shower.

I would like you to treat my home as your own and do not expect you to only use your room. That being said if you prefer privacy I will not intrude.

I would consider couples for an increased cost and can consider pets if they are clean and well trained.
