This is for LONG TERM guys not short term, and someone who will be punctual with payments, have had a long line of people not paying rent on time and we just want someone reliable. Honestly can’t believe how many people don’t prioritise paying rent. 😫 so PLEASE SOMEONE RELIABLE no more time wasters we really want to find the perfect fit for our home.

HAPPY FOR YOU TO BRING YOUR OWN SOFA, DINING ROOM TABLE OR SOME FURNITURE FOR THE LOUNGE. We only put stuff there as a base so it was furnished but you can bring your own stuff for the lounge. We travel full time and only back 1 month a year. 🥰

SUPER FAST WIFI
We are a young couple, rarely home as we travel full time so the house will be basically yours and one of our friends 10/12 months of the year. We are wanting to meet prior to any agreement. The house hold we have is a very helping house hold and looking for someone who would fit in well. For example all our tenant vehicle broke down many times and we had been out late making sure they were home safe etc. Needed stuff being built like cupboards and shelves, need a lift to the shops to get a food shop we are all help each other here. We want you to feel comfortable like you are actually home and everyone get on really well. My parents are next door in the annex and are amazing, if little things go wrong they help out and get things sorted and a very loving social household.
We want someone tidy, it’s team work, make a mess clean it.. so everyone has their own bits of cleaning to do to keep ontop and so no one feels like that are being taken advantage of.
Happy for you to decorate your room but let us know what first. 🥰 also if you have pictures and ornaments down stairs or in the lounge. or in the bathrooms or even the hallway upstairs That’s absolutely fine. We have just got a dining table and some chairs, bean bags as a little base and sofas. If you want to bring your own or get a new ones that’s fine. The same with the sofa, feel free to change the sofa if you wish. We have this all as a furnished base so whoever can change it around if they want and make it their own. Your room is NOT furnished. We are rarely home and this doesn’t bother us and we want you to feel as at home as possible. We have a 75 inch tv and also have vr if you have a laptop or computer you want to plug it into as all set up anyways. 🥰
We don’t have a bath we have a walk in shower only. We do accept animals depending on what kind and if they get in with my parents 3 little dogs next door as it’s a shared garden.
£600 pcm bills included 1 month upfront and 1 month deposit in advance. Accepts housing benefit. We can’t have anymore late payments so if you can’t keep up with your rent then we have 0 tolerance as have had to many issues in the past. No parties!!
