Bed-sitting room, 20'4 x 10'3 (6. 20m x 3. 12m) containing a large single bed, or small double, wardrobe, large chest of drawers,
two armchairs, smaller chair, shelves, ornamental cottage piano, comfy sofa, low coffee table, lockable corner unit, TV, and wall to wall fitted carpet. Large windows and external patio door opening into the rear garden.

There is also a shared fully equipped kitchen – hob, washing machine, large shared fridge freezer, microwave oven, toaster, air fryer, sandwich maker, you will have your own food cupboard plus space in the fridge freezer. Use of pleasant garden with table and chairs on the lawn.

The house is a semi detached dorma bungalow situated in a quiet close – and is fully doubled glazed. The rear garden overlooks open countryside with horses grazing in the field at the bottom of the garden. Close to Brickfields riding stables, about thirty minutes walk from Ryde town centre and three minutes from the nearest bus stop. It takes about 12 minutes to cycle into town.

There are three other people in the house. Wifi included, (30mb) internet. All bills included. (including Council Tax Band C)
We are a quiet friendly household looking for someone on a Vegetarian Diet or vegan, to join us.. Must be happy to look after and keep the plants in the room watered.
