Yellow Room 9’ 6 x 7’ 11 (2. 90m x 2. 41m) small pleasant single room painted pastel yellow; it contains a single bed, one wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves, a low bedside table, a reading lamp, TV-31 inch, and table and chair. A double glazed window over-looks the wooded front garden and quiet close.

Shared fully equipped kitchen - use of hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, slow cooker, cutlery, pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups etc You will have your own food cupboard plus space in the fridge/freezer.

The house is a semi-detached dorma bungalow about thirty minutes walk from Ryde town centre and three minutes from the nearest bus stop. It takes about 12 minutes to cycle into town. The rear garden overlooks open countryside with horses grazing (sometimes sheep)in the field at the bottom of the garden. I run the garden as a wildlife sanctuary, so I need somebody who likes plants, trees etc Close to Brickfields riding stables. Clean house, tidy house, situated in quiet close.
There is a total of four other people in the house, including myself., Wifi internet. All bills included. We are a quiet friendly household; looking for a fully employed non smoking person or full time student to join us. Must be a Vegetarian, or Vegan.
