X2 very well presented room in Cowes. This room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws. There is also WIFI in the property. £440 pcm

There is a shared bathroom, kitchen, diner and Lounge. There is no allocated parking however; there is plenty of parking on road outside and surrounding areas.

The house is very well presented and clean throughout at all time.

The landlord is a very friendly, sociable young female. She has previously rented a room in someones house before so she is very experienced. She also has a very small, friendly and lovable dog.

The property is only a few minutes on foot to Cowes town and the Red Jet to and from Southampton, there is a bus stop to Newport every 10 minutes.

• We will explain clearly about how I operate a No contract and No bills service.

• All our live out landlord properties have weekly or every other week professional cleaning service.

• All our properties are fully furnished including bed linens.

• All our properties have Wi-Fi unless specifically stated other-wise.

• All our properties have very clear overnight guest guidelines based on each individual situation.

• If you then take one of our properties I will give you a mutually convenient start date from 9am to 6pm, 7 days per week.

• If you are arriving from the mainland we will pick you and your luggage up from the Red Jet - if you are travelling as a foot passenger - and take you to your property.

• We will trouble shoot any issues you may have.

• You will need a landlord’s reference and confirmation of employment and photo ID to be supplied before being offered accommodation

• We regret that housing benefit is not accepted at any of our properties.

• Other properties are available if you can’t see what you need in the first instance.
