This is live out landlord accommodation in a 2 bedroom house on Beckford Road in Cowes,

This is only a 2-3 minute walk to bus the stop which goes to Newport and St Mary's Hospital every 6 minutes. Ideal for nurses.

There is a town full of shops also around the corner, including Salisbury supermarket and again this is a 2-3 minute walk to the Red Jet which goes to and from Southampton.

A double room, shared bathroom, kitchen and lounge. There is currently a friendly female nurse living in the property as a locum nurse.

This is available on the 25th November 2018.

My service in brief:

• I charge a one off booking of between £95 (Individual) and £150 (Company) which is payable when you move in.

• Viewings available by appointment

• I will explain clearly about how I operate a No contract and No bills service.

• All my properties have weekly or every other week professional cleaning service.

• All my properties are fully furnished including bed linens.

• All my properties have Wi-Fi unless specifically stated other-wise.

• All my properties have very clear overnight guest guidelines based on each individual situation.

• If you then take one of my properties I will give you a mutually convenient start date from 9am to 6pm, 7 days per week.

• If you are arriving from the mainland I will pick you and your luggage up from the Red Jet - if you are travelling as a foot passenger - and take you to your property.

• I will trouble shoot any issues you may have.

• I will move you to an alternative property within 24hrs at no charge if you are not completely satisfied.

• You will need a landlord’s reference and confirmation of employment and photo ID to be supplied before being offered accommodation

• I regret that housing benefit is not accepted at any of my properties.

• Smokers are generally not accepted at my properties unless clearly stated on the advert.

• Other properties are available if you can’t see what you need in the first instance.
