Room/House share in Cowes available 31st March.

Room/houseshare in St Mary's road in Cowes £120 a week. Available from the 31 March. You will be sharing with one other quiet female lodger (30ish) and myself I only occasionally stay at the property approximately once a month. It's a small double bedroom ensuite with a shower, toilet and basin. It is for single occupancy by a non smoking, working person. Smoking is not allowed at the property. There's a separate bathroom downstairs for you and the other lodger if you prefer a bath. Also use of the fully equipped kitchen with cupboard space, oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer-dryer, cutlery/crockery. There's also WiFi and also a much larger TV in the shared living room. There's gas central heating morning and evening. There's limited street parking nearby and a bus stop 1 minute walk up the road, the main bus station, high street supermarkets and Red Jet are 5 minutes walk away All bills are included in the £120.. I'm a live in landlord although I only stay at the property occasionally (every month or so).
