Hello - I have a large double room to rent from Friday 8th March - Friday 26th April. (7 weeks) The bathroom is shared but I am out of the house at 6.30 so it is always free in the mornings. The kitchen and lounge are yours to use whilst you are here. The lounge has an open fire which makes it cozy at night.
I have someone moving in on 1st May for 6 months so it really is only for someone seeking a short term let.
The reason it is available is due to a small gap between my current lodger moving out a bit earlier and my summer lodger moving in a bit later than anticipated.
This would suit someone who is working at the hospital and needs a short term let and is used to living with a dog in the house. He's a friendly little chap and will bark on your arrival but other than that he won't take a huge amount of interest in you!
The house is 2 mins from a bus stop that goes straight to Newport. The Cycle track is less than 5 mins to get to. Its about a 10 minute walk into Cowes. Parking near the house is on a quiet street so it's not a problem.
The room is fully furnished - I can also provide bedding if you need it.
