Hello, I have two bedrooms available in my home in central Cowes.
I work away, therefore it is likely it will be just the two occupants living in the property
The house is over four floors. You enter into the living room with a small kitchen and dining area off. The kitchen is fully equipped and each room has an allocated cupboard.
There are stairs down to a basement area with access to the garden which features a patio seating area and lawn. There is also access to a public carpark to the rear.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom with its own sink, and the shared bathroom. This has a bath with shower over and is spacious.
Up another set of stairs to the other available double room, also with a basin.
The stairs are steep and narrow, the house is cosy and nicely furnished with good broadband and central heating.
I am looking for tenants that do not mainly work from home and are willing to look after the property when I am working away.

Cowes town is a 3 minute walk as is the floating bridge, about a 10 minute walk to the red jet. There is on street parking and a car park to the rear with easy access via the garden.
