CURRENT VACANCY, DOUBLE ROOM, (SINGLE OCCUPANCY) AND A SINGLE ROOM.
I rent three rooms in my terraced house which is 3 mins walk from the town centre & marina.
The house is fully furnished, with a total of 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Kitchen, sitting room & bathrooms are shared.
One DOUBLE bedroom and one SINGLE room are currently available for rent, each for one person only, from 18/12/25, (Room 1) and 01/11/25 (Room 3) as described above.

I am looking for lodgers who are working on the Island, longer term, (usually six month minimum).
SORRY, NO SHORT TERM / SUMMER JOB LETS.
NON SMOKERS ONLY, NO KIDS, NO PETS.
NB. BILLS INCLUDED (gas, electricity, water, broadband, TV licence and council tax)

Deposit (one full month's rent) & references required in advance, 5 working days for the deposit.
Rent is paid monthly & in advance. One full month's notice required or deposit will be partially or wholly forfeit.
The landlord reserves the right to give notice of less than a month if necessary.
Currently ONE DOUBLE ROOM AVAILABLE FOR ONE PERSON ONLY AND A SINGLE ROOM.
