Hi. Furnished single/small double room to rent to working person in my 3 bedroom house in Freshwater opposite the 'Green' near to shops & very near amenities including library (virtually next door,) & West Wight Leisure Centre just up
& across the road. Street parking to side is unlimited, front overnight & 1 hr during day. Main route bus stop just seconds down the road.
Includes water & council tax bills & 50% electric. Use of dining room, kitchen & washing machine in utility area where bikes can be safely kept if you have one. There is a washing line & Summerhouse in the garden where you are welcome to relax. Clean, tidy & considerate individual obviously would be ideal!

Although there isn't a private drive there is a road up the side where you can normally find a space which is not on any time limit. Directly out front are bays on 1 hr limits between 8 am and 5 pm except Sundays unlimited.

The room has electric heating. The house is the middle of three and normally feels quite warm.
A standard & pretty basic room rental agreement will need to be signed confirming £550 deposit payable in advance & mutual 2 week notice of vacation required. Viewings from Saturday 28th Feb 2026. Cheers.
