We are looking to welcome someone to enjoy our spare room and our fabulous garden.
Our room would be suitable for student nurses, physios’s and podiatrist’s coming to the Island for a placement at St Mary’s.
We have secure space for bikes.
We can adjust the rent between 7 and 5 day occupancy to suit your needs.
Included in the rent are all sundries such as milk, spread, cooking oils and condiments. Cleaning supplies and toilet rolls.
We are very experienced live in landlords and have also provided accommodation for overseas students and UKSA students living away from home for the first time.
Our son will be home for the summer and he’s 17.
We are able to offer meals if required and laundry service.
We have a large garden which we are happy to share.
The kitchen is part of a large family room.
We can offer pick ups from the Red Jet on arrival with your bags.

Original sash window looking North West from which it’s possible to see the western Solent.
Use of the ground floor shower room.
Shared use of the large kitchen/dining/family room.

The kitchen has lots of equipments and previous lodgers have enjoyed baking and bread making.
