I have one and possibly TWO double rooms to rent on a house share basis on my beautiful farm in Gurnard on the Isle of Wight.
Ideally looking for one or two non-smoking professionals to rent a room on a long or short term basis. Each room is £450 per month or £750 per couple sharing a room including all bills for reasonable use of Gas, Electric and Wi-Fi. There is parking available for two cars and a beautiful garden in a rural, peaceful setting but only a two minute drive from the heart of Cowes centre with all its pubs and fine dining opportunities, not to mention Cowes Week in August.
