The bedroom has a wardrobe, chest of draws, single bed, desk, Wi-Fi, TV and linens provided.

The property has a bathroom, kitchen, diner and garden for shared use. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower.

There is on road street parking and a well presented garden.

This landlady is outgoing and very sociable,. She is writer and has previously worked for the BBC. Her husband is a lecturer at Southampton Solent University.

Please email in the first instance with some details about yourself. Please note; this room is only suitable for someone 30 or under who is working full time. The room is available from 1st September 2020.

My service in brief:

• Viewings available by appointment

• I will explain clearly about how I operate a No contract and No bills service.

• All my properties are fully furnished including bed linens.

• All my properties have Wi-Fi unless specifically stated other-wise.

• All my properties have very clear overnight guest guidelines based on each individual situation.

• If you then take one of my properties I will give you a mutually convenient start date from 9am to 8pm, 7 days per week.

• If you are arriving from the mainland I will pick you and your luggage up from the Red Jet - if you are travelling as a foot passenger - and take you to your property. (this is currently not on offer due to the COVID 19 virus)

• I will trouble shoot any issues you may have.

• I will try to move you to an alternative property within 48hrs at no charge if you are not completely satisfied.

• You will need a landlord’s reference and confirmation of employment and photo ID to be supplied before being offered accommodation

• I regret that housing benefit is not accepted at any of my properties.

• Smokers are generally not accepted at my properties unless clearly stated on the advert.

• Other properties are available if you can’t see what you need in the first instance.
