ALL BILLS INCLUDED - We have 2 lovely large double rooms available in this great house, one on ground floor and one on the first floor both at the front of the house. The house was refurbished to a high standard a while ago with quality furniture, high speed broadband, wash basins in every room and loads of hot water.

Set in a residential area with local shops near by this is a great place to call home.

Room 2 - is a large double room on the ground floor at the front of the house (very quiet) with wash basin, double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet.

Room 5 - is a large double room at the front of the house on the first floor with wash basin, double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet.

There are 5 letting rooms sharing two shower rooms and three toilets and each bedroom has a wash basin so no hanging around in the mornings.

The awesome kitchen has two large fridge freezers, microwave, oven and hob and plenty of cupboard space. All bills are included in the rent and we've even put in a kitchen pack so you just need to bring your suit case and duvet.

The lounge has a comfy sofa and TV plus a dining table so you can socialise with fellow housemates over supper.

The rear garden is lovely with tropical plants and decking. Easy parking available at the rear of the property.
