The house is a detached Victorian three bedroom property situated off Monkton Street, Ryde, halfway between the sea and the shops, five minutes from the beach and a ten minute walk from Ryde's vibrant High Street and transport hub.. Near bus stop to Newport. No car necessary. Secure garden for bike.

All applicants will need to be triple jabbed and fairly self-sufficient.

You would have access to all the facilities and kitchen, and lovely quiet garden as well as dishwasher, washing machine, bathroom and my wife and I are both friendly and flexible.

All bills are included. One reference required.
