We have taken the decision not to charge any admin fees on our rooms making it simpler and cheaper for our tenants to move into our properties.

This particular 4 bed property has one room becoming available from the 15th March. You will be sharing with 3 other professionals.

The house is a 10 minute walk from the town centre and Ashford International Station. It gives easy access to various gym's, retailers and supermarkets.

This house has been recently renovated to a high standard and provides ample shared living space with a good sized kitchen. There is a small garden with parking available for 4 cars.
We provide a television in the shared living room which has free view.
Broadband is provided by Virgin Media fibre.

The room itself is bright and well decorated, all of the furniture has recently been replaced, it has an ensuite shower room and toilet.

All shared spaces are carefully cared for by our team of professional cleaners and gardeners. Cleaners come on a weekly basis whilst the gardening varies depending on the season.

We do not charge any tenant fees at all. Deposit is either paid as 1 weeks rent or a more popular option nowadays is to buy Deposit Guarantee Insurance. We can help you with this.
