We have one spacious, ensuite, double room available in our lovely new build home. The house is in a fantastic central location, near to the high street and new Picturehouse cinema complex. County Square shopping centre is a 5 minute walk from the house and Ashford International train station is also easily accessible. William Harvey Hospital is a 15 minute bus ride.

The rooms are offered fully furnished with all bills included (high speed internet, gas, electric, water, tv licence and council tax). We provide a weekly cleaner for communal areas. There is a well equipped fitted kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine and a dining area with TV. The property also has a decked south-facing courtyard garden. One resident parking permit is available with this room and there is space for bicycle storage.
