10 minute walk from the town center and 15 minute walk to Ashford International station .
Single occupancy only per bedroom, but a couple are welcome to take both rooms for a discounted rate (£1000/month for both rooms)
Street parking with permit available.
The house is fully furnished in all communal living areas and bedrooms and the kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs, with a shared downstairs bathroom.
Once every two weeks we have a cleaner come in to clean the shared areas.
All bills included - council tax (band C), gas, electric, water, WiFi and TV license.
