Lodger required (half board type arrangement)

Looking for single person who is full time employed non smoker. As this arrangement includes half board I am only looking for someone who is a meat eater as that's what I would be cooking, general everyday home menu and basic breakfast materials provided as well as basic toiletries. This will suit busy people who don't want to be bothered with cooking and cleaning. You would also need to like dogs. I don't have any yet but may get one in the future. As per the photos it's a double room and there's a family bathroom with shower and a separate WC. There's a lounge diner and reasonable garden to enjoy. There's street parking available in a very good area (singleton) never had any problems.
I have had many lodgers and students over the years with this arrangement and they've usually enjoyed it and become friends. I'm a friendly outgoing person and enjoy a natter.
