This is a friendly home in a quiet road off of Singleton Hill, a few meters from a bus stop and a minutes walk to local shops, post office, take aways and decent pub. Town centre, motorway, rail station and surrounding country side is very accessible.

Suitable for respectful, working professional, sorry I can NOT rent to a couple, no pets or children. Tenancy is subject to references and vetting.

One months rent and deposit paid in advance of occupancy.

Deposit is held subject to a recognised and approved scheme. Do not trust any landlord who does not do this. Rent is to be paid directly into a bank account.

Some rooms are advertised with a 'deposit-free option' which is great for some people; be sure that you understand what it means. The Tenant pays a fee before moving in, then an annual fee, then pays for any damage when moving out. This is all money that you dont get back.
I only use the 'traditional' type of deposit; you pay a deposit when you move in, its returned when you move out, provided there is no damage.

I have had a several people interested in renting for only a few weeks, sorry but that is not the type of tenancy that I deal with. The agreement is based on six months that can be extended.
