I have a a large single or could be described as a smaller double room to let with a king size bed, close to town centre, train station designer outlet and supermarkets. Room suit single professional clean and tidy individual. No over night guests permitted without permission. You will have use of fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine. I have 2 stair rails and a toilet rail and one in the bath, so suitable for people with very mild mobility issues.

I work from home as a cake decorator and also do sewing and other crafts in my living room so my living room is set up for that and may be really untidy at times, especially when i have a few project's on the go. Respect for my businesses is a must at all times.

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT: I am a dog owner, of an very friendly dog, So if you are afraid of dogs or do not like them, I dont mean to be rude, but please look elsewhere.

Rent must be paid on time every month preferably by standing order. References are a must. Monday to Friday lets are welcome for commuting professionals. One month notice required for end of stay. This is a private add, so there are no finders fees or any other fees.
