There are two bathrooms in the house (with just landlord there currently). Exclusive use of the second bathroom (which is a shower room) can be negotiated.
Fantastic location - easy links by road (A20 & M20) and train station (Barming and East / West Malling stations within close driving distance).
Nearby shops in retail park (2 mins in car or a 10 minute walk) including Sainsburys, M&S, Costa & Homebase.
Must work full time. Strictly no DSS applications or couples.
Advertising for my dad (live in landlord) and who will be happy to have a chat but also give you space if preferred.
His interests these days are music (70s and 80s are his favourite eras - Motown classics and ABBA!), reading and current affairs and news. He is well travelled and enjoys food from different cultures.
