The house is quite large, and you’d be living with a single live-in landlord in a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse.

All mod cons are available. The room features a Velux window that opens into a balcony. The property also has a large kitchen, plus a separate balcony and patio with river views. Aylesford train station is minutes away, with trains to Maidstone, Strood and Paddock Wood in less than 15 minutes, where you can change to other services. There is parking available, and all bills are included in the price.

Currently, the room is being used as an office, so apologies if the pictures don’t make sense. I’m in the process of converting it into a bedroom, and updated pictures should be available soon.

Note: The room is open to all. It would best suit a mature, friendly and independent professional who is comfortable with children as my 6-year old daughter stays with me 2-3 nights per week (interaction would be minimal), and happy to share a relaxed and positive living environment.
