Entire top floor, air con & en-suite!

We live in the new build houses in Aylesham which is on the outskirts of Canterbury.

The entire top floor bedroom and en suite is available. There is a double bed and a sofa in the room and still plenty of space. It will come furnished.

We provide a TV, with Sky Q and also a Wii if you are feeling energetic. There is also storage and hanging space. Listen to your favourite music with Google Home in your room. High speed WiFi is also available for you to use. There is also a small fridge in the room, ideal for milk/drinks and a microwave.

We are looking for short term renters who are happy to have a rolling, month to month contract or people who need somewhere to stay, for a maximum of 6 months. We are also happy to consider Monday to Friday let’s. Our last tenant was a Monday to Friday tenant.

You must be pet friendly - we have two dogs and two cats!

We are a quiet, professional married couple and would like a quiet single . We would also consider a quiet student. We will consider couples (£100 extra per month).
