Single room in quiet house, handy for Canterbury

I am looking for a lodger who would like a furnished room on the top floor of my 3 storey Victorian house. Single bed, with bedding if required, chair, desk space, wardrobe, cupboards, shelves, small fridge, TV point. Rural outlook, internet, shower room and WC, and use of my kitchen and washing machine.
This is not a house share. Although I am friendly, I am not looking for housemates.
The house is situated in Barham, 6 miles south of Canterbury. There is an hourly bus service to Canterbury and Folkestone and there is plenty of room for parking if you have your own car.
This is a quiet household in a quiet village, perfect if you need to study or flop out after work, not suitable if you are looking for a busy social life.
One other room is also let to a lodger.
Rent £310 per calendar month inclusive of bills.
