Single room to rent

Bedroom 1: The bedroom is fully furnished however if you have your own furniture we can sort out storage for ours. The room currently has a single day bed that pulls out into another single, side table, large draws and built in double wardrobe.

Room 2: The bedroom is fully furnished however if you have your own furniture we can sort out storage for ours. The room currently has a large double bed, side tables x2, large draws and 2 large double built in double wardrobes.

The house has a large lounge area, a kitchen/dining area as well as a separate dining area which opens up onto the back garden. We have two bathrooms the upstairs has both a bath and shower and the downstairs has a bath and sauna. The garden is of a decent size, there is a hottub . (Currently out of use) There is parking available on the drive way.

The house is strictly non smoking indoors but outdoors is fine, we have undercover areas for this. We have two dogs that visit the property very friendly, we don't mind if you have small pets although no other dogs or cats

The location of the house is up a private drive, it's close to Bearsted train station and we have shops, pubs and parks all within walking distance.
