Bright and sunny double bed

This feels like being on a online dating app but only searching for the one to live with ;)

Hi lovely people, my name is Bash. I have a bright and airy double bedroom available to rent.

You 'll be living with me. Am less bearded than the profile pic now in case you fear beards ;)

I am a (so-called) professional, work in an office in central london. When am home .. happy to just relax on the sofa or in the balcony (there are 2). I have a small room where I paint (art not the walls over and over again).

The flat is across the street from beckenham place park (Your room will overlook the park)

There is free parking downstairs. There's a lift if you're feeling lazy.

You will have your own fridge. There is a tumble dryer and washing machine. Central heating and double glazing. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly.

The closest station is Beckenham Hill Station. But you won't be far from Beckenham Junction (to London Victoria) or Lower Sydenham ( to Charring X and Cannon St) which I use regularly.

Hmm ..I feel like Am forgetting something.
Oh the bedroom.. there is a double bed in there.. small desk, chair and 2 wardrobes (houseplants optional)

What am I looking for on this app you might ask...well, clean, tidy friendly peeps is a good start.
