7 minutes walk to Elmers End train station with trains to Cannon St, London Bridge and Waterloo as well as a tram to East Croydon, The large supermarket is also right next to the train station making it east to do those evening shops on route home from work. The bus stop is right outside the apartment that can take you to Beckenham in 10 minutes, where you can get direct trains to Victoria and there are an array of shops/restaurants to choose from.

A modern property throughout you will have use of your own bathroom (this is the main bathroom to the flat) which has a bath and shower with a rain head and power shower.

The kitchen and lounge area is huge and communal.

A little about me: I work in global marketing for the property investment market and am very busy during the week so looking for a housemate who likes a quiet house, the occasional drink or meal together but is also happy to do their own thing. This is a single occupancy room only, no couples.
