Rent/bills
Rent is £650 per month including bills (all the usual plus Sky TV). Security deposit is £750 and there's a £300 furniture deposit. The flat's technically unfurnished but previous tenants kitted the place out, so the furniture deposit covers use of the furniture while you're here.
£50 contribution to flatfloat also returned when you move out.
