The flat is on the top floor of a detached house. Large kitchen, bathroom and large living room with desk available for working from home if needed.

You will be sharing with me - I’m quite quiet and like chilled evenings watching a movie or meeting with friends. I work from home 2/3 days a week and work in my bedroom as it’s a extra large room - so you will have the living room to yourself during the day. The other days I work until quite late out of the house. I’m a therapist (OT) working in children’s social care. I rent from the landlord who is so lovely and I have agreement to rent the room on a lodger agreement contract which means you will have a law abiding contract with me rather than the landlord.
You will also be sharing with 3 very very very affectionate friendly well behaved persian cats with the loudest purrs you will ever hear who will want to sit with you on your lap and love cuddles.

Please note: I am ONLY looking for a female who has lived with cats or other animals previously. I stay out of the house at least 3 times a month and need someone I could trust with the cats. If you’re happy to help with feeding / changing trays when I’m not here the rent could also be negotiable. This is most important to me when looking for a flatmate. My cats are literally my children honestly. It’s also means you will have the flat to yourself a few times a month so if you’re an animal lover it really is a great place to stay. The rent is already really low to reflect this however I could negotiate for the right person.

Looking for an easy going relatively clean (not OCD!) cat loving female who is in full time employment or student ideally not someone working from home 5 days per week and does a mixture of office and home working.

Rent is £500 with all bills.. Includes cleaner every 4-6 weeks. I’m also super tidy when it comes to the cats and hoover and clean everything twice a day so you are coming to a well cleaned home :)

Deposit of £400 returned on vacating if no damage..

The location is excellent as it’s 2 min walk to Clock House station which takes 20 minutes into Waterloo, London Bridge and Cannon Street / Bank station.
7 minute walk to Kent house station going into Victoria
8 min walk to beckenham shops and 10
Minute bus ride to Crystal place
