We have a double room becoming available in our very nice house in Beckenham.

The property is ideally located for all transport and local amenities, being on the high street we have every nice restaurants at our door step.

All of the current tenants are in full time work, we all socialise together and would be happy for whoever moved in to get as involved as they like. We all work pretty hard so the weekedays are pretty relaxed. We don't mind a few drinks at the weekend.

We don't have too much preference as to whoever moves in, just that you're easy to get along with and pretty laid back.
