Hi, we have a lovely double room available in our sunny detached house. Furnished plus desk, TV, shelving. The photographs were taken in the summer so it won’t be as bright and sunny when you visit, but fingers crossed for next year!

Because I am receiving a lot of messages unfortunately I can’t reply until you let me know a little bit more about yourself and employment and If you work from home etc. Thanks very much for your understanding.. 🙏
please can you let me know the following:
1) your working hours
2) how many days a week.

We are ideally looking for housemates working full time and are not working from home.

I am a mature ex university/theatre designer and tutor. I have my own bathroom and living room so you won’t see me very often! My partner is in Wales looking after her mother and occasionally comes down to London to join me. Bills are included and there is unlimited access to WiFi.

Transport links are excellent, with trains to London Bridge, Charing Cross, Victoria and Croydon within easy reach. We have a tram station to Croydon/Beckenham 50 metres away (Avenue Station). Kent House, and Birkbeck stations are a 7 minute walk, which go to London Bridge, Victoria and Charing Cross. Anerely and Clock House stations are a 12/15 min walk.

The street is very quiet with off road parking.
