It is 10 minutes walk from Kent House ( Victoria Line) and 5 minutes from Clock House station (London Bridge, Charing Cross) and 2 minutes from tramline to East Croydon. Local amenities are a short walk away.
The house is minutes walk from several parks and playing fields, including the beautiful Kelsey Park. Beckenham High Street with its many restaurants, shops, pubs and wine bars is 10 minutes walk away. Our lodgers live as a part of the family if they choose to.
