We are two gay guys (couple) in our 30s/40s looking for one housemate.
We have a double room upstairs with its own shower room. The room is in the roof of the house. we live in a dorma bungalow in Belvedere (Zone 5) , 10 minute walk from the station (can get to Cannon St and Charing Cross in 45mins) ,5 min walk to Asda and B&Q.
We both work Mon to Fri, and are pretty much quiet individuals, we prefer to stay home than go out, We enjoy the theatre, music, movies, cooking and we have one cat.
We are currently doing up the house, and have already done the downstairs bathroom and installed a hot tub in the garden which you can use.
We continue to plan to keep doing up the house, with plans for the upstairs shower room and Kitchen next,
