This is a LGBTQ+ household. I am looking for someone to move into the 2nd bedroom of a 3 bedroom house. The bedroom is on the 2nd floor of the house.
Please be aware, the room is for a single occupant not 2 people or couples just due to the size.
The move in date is 4th April 2024, the current housemate is leaving as he has a new job and it is near Brighton so the current room doesn't work for his new job as it is too far away to commute.
As for me I am a live in landlord and whilst I will live at the property, you won't see me most of the time. I work in the office 4 days a week and when I'm not at work I'm either doing martial arts or volunteering so I won't be at the property until late most weekday evening.
PROPERTY DETAILS:
The property is a 3 bedroom house which is 80 square metres in size. The following rooms / areas which are all communal:

- Large garden with terrace which you are more than welcome to use whenever you want (dependant on weather of course).
The house is a 2-3 minute walk from Belvedere station and just off a main road so it is nice and quiet throughout the day.
ROOM DETAILS:
The room measurement 10 metres squared. It has a wardrobe, set of drawers, bed, mattress, 32 inch TV (a new mattress will be provided to the person who is moving in) and side storage unit.
A good sized space with a view on the garden area.
CURRENT HOUSEMATES:
Currently there are 2 people living at the property at the moment. I am a live-in landlord and am usually either running, doing martial arts or volunteering so I won't be at the property until midnight most weekday evening when I'm not working from home, which is 1 to 2 days a week.
The 3rd person is the old mate who has stayed with us, due to a breakup but has now bought his own place.
We also have a 4th resident, his name is Belly. He is a rescue cat, he is cute and ginger and barely a foot long. He is very shy at first but once he knows you, he loves a cuddle and a belly rub.
TRANSPORT:
From Belvedere station you can be at (via Southeastern services):
- Greenwich Park in 15 minutes
- London Bridge in 30 minutes
- Cannon Street in 35 minutes
- Charing Cross in 40 minutes
There are direct trains every 8-15 minutes roughly during peak hours, during off-peak hours & weekends there are trains every 10-15 minutes.
Also we are one train stop or bus ride away from Abbey Wood on the Elizabeth Line. Elizabeth Line service will start with 12 trains an hour (one train every 5 minutes) running between Paddington and Abbey Wood from 6.30am to 11pm, Monday to Saturday.
Abbey Wood to Woolwich: 3 minutes
Abbey Wood to Canary Wharf: 11 minutes
Abbey Wood to Whitechapel: 15 minutes
Abbey Wood to Liverpool Street: 18 minutes
Abbey Wood to Tottenham Court Road: 24 minutes
Abbey Wood to Paddington: 29 minutes
