A well presented double room available for rent in a clean and tidy house. The room is unfurnished however we have some spare furniture if needed. Underfloor heating you will appreciate in winter time. You’ll have use of your own personal shower room, which contains both a toilet and a sink.

A shared open plan living room and kitchen dinner with large TV, additional WC on ground floor, open patio for quiet relaxation, secured bike shed and off street parking. Large kitchen, equipped with all modern appliances.

We’re an easy-going friendly and considerate people looking for a light minded person to share the house - kept clean and tidy, occasional social engagements and respect for each other’s space. We are a couple with two boys and a year old girl and cat Fiona.

House is located within 7 minutes' walk to Belvedere station and 15 min walk to Abbey Wood where you can take Elizabeth line to any central London location 20-25 min away. Local area has a lot of green and ecological space, amazing parks for relaxing. Large Asda and Lidl close by. The nearest bus stop is 3 min away. Buses run to all local areas.
