Double bedroom in a house in Bexley. Sharing communal areas. There’s a garden and I have a small driveway which I don’t use (handy as parking is limited in Bexley village!). Also have some space at the side of the house for bikes etc.

7 min walk from Bexley train station with trains into London Bridge, Charing Cross and Cannon Street. 5 min walk from high street with shops and cafes. Bus connection to local areas and to North Greenwich for O2 and Jubilee Line.

Lots of green spaces/woods/stables nearby!

Recently bought and looking for a housemate, but needs to be the right fit. I’m a 26 y/o young professional who is super easy going - looking for something similar. Someone who is social, but equally knows when to have their own time.

Someone laid back and easygoing would be great.

I work at home 3/4 times a week.

House has: open plan living / dining space; kitchen; master bedroom (me); garden facing double bedroom (you); bathroom; office; garden; driveway; gated side access/space.

Bedroom is garden facing and comes with double bed, built-in storage space and a wardrobe. I’ve kept it plain so am open to people decorating as they see fit (provided nothing awful!)

I mainly use the office but can be discussed if access is also needed. There’s also a small sofa bed in there for any emergency guests!
