A large double bright sunny room with Ensuite is available on the Top floor of this large house. The room is available furnished (at extra cost) or unfurnished.

We are live-in landlord and our family comprises of husband , wife and a 8 months old daughter. You will always be sharing the house with us. No one apart from you will be entertained at any time inside the house.

We are preferably looking for female flatmate only, no couples or children. We will consider letting 4 or 5 days a week too. No pets. No house parties. This is ideal place for someone who needs a peaceful & tidy accommodation.

.You will preferably be a working professional, or a student. The rent can be paid on a weekly or a monthly basis as a rolling contract - with one months deposit.

This is a modern house. You will have use of a new fully fitted kitchen. Broadband is Virgin and all bills are included.

Bexleyheath (Zone5) train station is 7 minutes walk from the house , with links into London taking under 35 minutes direct to London Bridge, Victoria, Charing Cross and Waterloo East. It is 5 minutes drive to the A2 and the M25 is 10 minutes away with quick links to Bluewater and Lakeside. The house is close to all shops and amenities, and 10 minutes walk from the Broadway centre, where there are many many high street shops as well as food shops including M&S. There are good local pubs, take aways and grocery shop (Sainsbury , coop, Asda , lidl etc)
