I have a single room which can fit a double bed for £400 pcm in friendly, clean and tidy household. all inclusive of bills and WIFI(except telephone). I have a very large 5 bedroom house in a lovely quite street which is only a 2 minute walk from the Broadway Shopping Centre (where you will find every shop you could want) and the main bus stops in Bexleyheath town centre. There is a 24 hour Asda store as well as a Sainsbury's and Marks and Spencer's. Bexleyheath also houses a very lively nightlife with every type of food and drinking establishment you could want. There is also a major sports centre/swimming baths (crook log ) only a 15min walk away, main line train station is only a 15 min walk. We currently have 4 people living here. Everyone is a professional and you would hardly see most of them as most are on shifts..

The house has all mod cons and a very large fantastic garden which is lovely for BBQs in the summer (weather permitting!!). The whole house is a non-smoking household.
