Female professional looking for flatshare tennant

Hiya, my name is Leah, I’m 26 and I’m looking for a female to share my current flat in. This is a rented property and current flatmate is moving abroad. I’m a secondary school teacher and looking to find a fab tennant to share with.

I am looking for someone who is easy going, sociable and wants to make a flatshare work.

I have a pedigree cat in the flat already and would be willing to accept someone with a pet or someone who is an animal lover. My cat is everything to me and is a major consideration in everything I do. If you would see a cat as a liability in a flat this won’t be for you as if I’m out it would mean taking responsibility as well. I’d like you to want to do this instead of it being a huge hindrance.

He’s not used to lots of other people so warming up to anyone will take a while. This is as important a match for him as it is for me. I am open to him having a pet buddy in the flat but we would need to go about this in the right way if we wanted it to work.

My room has an en-suite bathroom which means the other bathroom would be yours. This bathroom has a full size bath but if needing shower use, are more than welcome to use the en-suite when needed.

Bedroom has built in wardrobe as per images and has all amenities. If you have furniture for rest of flat to bring this can be arranged and other furniture can be sold by previous tenant as a lot of it’s hers.

In terms of parking, I have an allocated space for my car but there is room in the garage for one other car should you need it.

The price is for the flat only and bills will be on top of this - bills can vary as we all know but would be looking at an absolute maximum of £250 a month (this will be reviewed nearer to the time) - I am currently paying £200.
