The Double Room contains:

Wardrobe and two chests of draws
Bedside table and lamps.
Mirrored wardrobe.

Bathroom has:
Bath and Electric Shower, so there is always hot water!

Kitchen has:
Lots of cupboard space
Two fridges and two freezers
Dishwasher ( including d/washer powder)
Washing Machine
Oven & Gas hob

Microwave
Toaster
Kettle
Table and two chairs
TV
Cutterly and Crockery
Washing up liquid provided!

Separate Laundry room, for drying clothes on heated dryers.

There are two toilets, always well stocked with toilet paper and hand wash.

The garden has a shed, table, chairs, benches and sun lounger.

There is a Dining room with a dining table and six chairs.

There is a conservatory with chairs in.

Communal areas of the house are cleaned twice a week by ALL house members.

Looking for fourth person to share our cheerful and tidy home.

A NON SMOKING household, so would NOT suit a smoker.
Strictly NO vaping in room.

The notice period is one calendar month, either way.
