The house

I am renting a double room in my 3-bed semi in the village of Borough Green.
The house has recently been refurbished and is on a quiet private road, 10 minutes from the train station.
House benefits from GCH throughout, off street parking, well kept private garden with gym and two bathrooms.
All bills included (TV Licence, Council tax, Water, gas, electricity and broadband)

I am a male who works in IT in London, and live with my sheepdog.

The room:
Quiet double bedroom with wardrobe, TV, drawers, king size bed with new mattress and view overlooking the north downs.
(Note - no pic of the bedroom, as it is being redecorated - room available from late August).

Facilities:
Lounge:
42" TV with Netflix/ Amazon Prime/ Youtube/ Freesat/ Digital TV, dining table, cosy woodburner and sofa/ chair.

Kitchen:
Fridge/ Freezer, Washer, Dryer, Microwave, Smeg range cooker/ extractor, TV.

Downstairs bathroom:
WC, Storage cabinet, sink and large bath with shower head.

Upstairs bathroom:
WC, cupboard, sink and thermostatic shower.

Garden:
Patio with rattan chairs, table, woodburner, lawn with rotary dryer and swing seat.

Gym:
Squat rack with pull up and dip bars and weights, Cable fly, Cross trainer, yoga mat and ball, speed ball and punch bag.

Bike store:
Space for one bike.

£550 a month, due at the beginning of the month. One months rent as deposit. Cleaner attends once a month.
