Looking for a working professional to rent my spare room in my 2 bed house. Decent size living room and kitchen with utility room and a shared bathroom. Would have to be clean and tidy person. I’m fairly laid back but like to keep my house nice. I also have a yellow Labrador (2 years old) so preferably a dog person!
My property is situated in a quite village within minutes of Canterbury city centre, Faversham town and near by to Whitstable. With great transport links to London. Also amazing countryside walks through apple orchards and hop gardens. We have 2 pubs, a village shop and post office and a awesome village community!
