You would not have access to the main house. There is parking on our driveway & on street.

Located next to Broadstairs Cricket Club and one mile to Broadstairs Viking Bay or Ramsgate main sands, or 15 mins walk to Dumpton Gap beach.

NB. We have installed soundproof cladding on the adjoining walls of the annex and there is a doorway from your lounge/kitchen to our hallway that will remain locked, access by arrangement.
